Client Service Representative

Forum Contract Manufacturing is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams throughout the order and manufacturing process. This position serves as an important point of contact between Forum and our customers, helping ensure clear communication, accurate information, and timely follow-up.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
