Mold Setter

Forum Contract Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and hands-on Mold Setter to support our injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up molding machines, changing molds, troubleshooting processing issues, and working safely and efficiently in a production environment.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Hard-working, dependable, and accountable
• Experienced with injection molding machine and mold setups
• Comfortable performing mold changes, setups, and machine startups
• Familiar with injection molding processes, materials, and equipment
• Able to troubleshoot basic molding and processing issues
• Comfortable using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
• Able to safely operate cranes, hoists, and other equipment used for mold handling
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality parts
• Able to follow work instructions, setup sheets, and established procedures
• Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with urgency while maintaining safety and attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple machine setups and production priorities
• A strong communicator who works well with operators, supervisors, engineering, and maintenance
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking assistance when needed
• Willing to tackle challenges head-on and help resolve production issues
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
• Committed to workplace safety, quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Willing to learn new equipment, processes, and technologies
