Forum’s secondary operations include CNC machining of injection molded components. With multiple CNC machining centers located on our molding floor and dedicated to production applications, we can quickly and precisely modify molded parts to add features that may be impractical or cost-prohibitive to incorporate into the injection mold tooling.
Machined features can include internal and external threads, grooves, blind pockets for seals, cross-holes, and other application-specific details. This flexible approach allows Forum to optimize tooling costs while maintaining the precision and functionality required by complex designs.
